A look at the Lego Star Wars minifigures from 2011.

Star Wars in Lego: 2011

Further to last week’s blog post, let’s now shift our discussion to a framing option for Lego big figs. I rely on a Michaels shadow box for this task, which measures 11“ in width, 14” height and just under 3” in depth. You’ll need every inch of this depth as big figs are quite bulky. Each frame accommodates 12 on four brick-built shelves that are 34 studs wide and six studs deep. The pick-a-brick order comes to $35.70 and the frames are $34.99 but, if you time it well, you can secure the frames at a 40% markdown. Michaels offers numerous sizes so you’re sure to find something that’s suitable for your big fig collection. 😎
